Thank you for choosing Koodcbm. We want you to be fully satisfied with your premium kitchenware and cooking tools. This policy outlines the procedures for order cancellation, returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a clear and pleasant experience.
1. Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations under the following conditions:
Unpaid Orders
If your order has not been paid, you may cancel it directly through your account or contact our customer service team for assistance.
Paid Orders
For orders that have already been paid, you may request a full refund by canceling within 48 hours of placing your order.
Once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation will no longer be available.

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We offer a 30‑day return and exchange service starting from the date you receive your kitchenware products.
To qualify for return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, clean, and in their original brand‑new condition
- Products must be returned in their original packaging without damage
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- A valid proof of purchase is required
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted or processed
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please send an email to service@koodcbm.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The specific items you wish to return or exchange
- Detailed reason for the return
- Clear photos or videos (if items are damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Once your request is approved, we will provide the official return address.
Please return the package within 7 days after approval and provide the return tracking number.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility
If the return is due to personal reasons (changed mind, wrong item ordered, no longer needed, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Estimated return shipping cost: €3–€10 per item, depending on size, weight, and location.
Koodcbm Responsibility
If items are defective, damaged upon delivery, incorrect, or missing due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned items:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days
- A confirmation email will be sent once completed
- The actual refund arrival time depends on your bank or payment provider
Partial Refund Conditions
A partial refund may be issued if:
- Items show signs of use, damage, or improper handling
- Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing or damaged
